Ashanna Solaris is a co-founder, practitioner and trainer of Clarity Breathwork™, which developed out of Rebirthing. She is also a Somatic Experiencing Advanced Participant, Intuitive Counselor/Healer, Dancer, Certified Hypnotherapist, Light Body Teacher, Sound Healer, Reiki Master, Public Speaker & non-denominational Minister officiating for weddings, blessings and important rites of passage. She has over 22 years of experience facilitating hundreds of workshops, trainings, and private sessions in the U.S. and internationally. Her education includes numerous trainings and certifications including education at New York University and California Institute of Integral Studies, and currently the Somatic Experiencing Training Program of Dr. Peter Levine. Ashanna is also a student of sacred embodiment through dance and movement, including 5 Rhythms, Body Tales, Soul Motion and Authentic Movement.
Ashanna integrates all of the modalities she has learned, as well as her rich life experience, into her private one on one healing sessions, trainings, groups & personal retreats. Ashanna’s 22 plus years experience in healing work and her investigation into consciousness & awakening, supports her clients to deeply explore both inner and outer life experience in order to integrate, heal and discover what has been there naturally all along, the light of Truth, and the invitation to come home to oneself and life’s ever unfolding mystery, in the present moment.
She currently leads groups to Maui, Costa Rica, Mt. Shasta & Northern California and has a private practice in Berkeley & San Rafael, California. Her Cd’s, including: Healing Yourself with Breath, Deepening Self-Love and the Power of Forgiveness, Breathing Through the Chakras, and Embracing the Sacred Feminine have been a great ally and healing tool for many people around the world.
